Welcome to MeActive for Women, where we provide online exercises through ZOOM. Since COVID-19, we have taken the initiative of conducting  fun, safe and interactive exercising by allowing members to attend sessions from the convenience of their home, workplace or if they’re visiting relatives.  This has been a positive outcome because it has allowed many women to continue their exercising and help boost their mood and adapt to a new lifestyle.

MeActive members are super friendly and make newcomers feel part of the group instantly.

Prior to every session Dani, MeActive Founder and Trainer discusses what you will need and what the session is about. Modifications are made throughout each session which is important if you are new to fitness, most of all effective exercising and understanding anatomy will help you achieve better results. 

The beauty of MeActive is that you don’t have to already be fit; in fact most of our members are either new to fitness or have been doing the same fitness training for the past years elsewhere and not changed a thing, which is why MeActive has created a 2 week timetable.  

This timetable alternates fortnightly to ensure that training is challenging and different for the body. Every 12 weeks, the oldest week changes to new workouts, super important as the body adapts and we want to train our bodies effectively including our mind plus it’s exciting to do something different and not always do the same thing every day.

These sessions are online using ZOOM.  You can download ZOOM now and it’s FREE!

What is Zoom? Zoom is a cloud-based video conferencing service you can use to virtually meet with others – either by video or audio-only or both, all while conducting live chats. By attending MeActive classes, if you prefer to stay private and not show your face, ZOOM allows the video to be off.  All participants are muted when checking in online. 

Once you become a MeActive member, you will be provided with all links to gain access to ZOOM classes.
